LL.M Business Law

LL.M Business Law Study Programme aims at deepening knowledge in Business Law. After completing thorough training in the basic pillars of law administrative, constitutional and international law, this study program will allow you to develop in many ways, for example, Banking Law, Contract Law or International Transportation Agreements, and more.

In addition, this study program can be combined with specialization, in the fields of Intellectual Property Law, International Law, and others.

The study is designed for lawyers, notaries, trainees, lawyers, law students, employees interested in working and working with the law on a daily basis.

LL.M Business Law - Mondo International Academy
LL.M is an abbreviation from Latin term Legum Magister, which means “master of law”. It is internationally recognized post-graduate law education.

Study process:

In each study programme there are 3 core (compulsory) modules. The student chooses 6 mandatory modules, with the option to specialize in his study focus by replacing three of them with 3 mandatory modules from another study programme.

The study is not based on the semester system.

The study ends with working out the final thesis, with a positive rating from the supervisor and the opponent.

Entry requirements:  

  • Completion of either a Bachelor´s degree from a university or high school studies (+ at least 3-5 years of working experience) or equivalent to the level of an academic bachelor’s degree.
  • Students must complete a Bachelor´s degree in Legal Studies before applying to LL.M study programs.

In addition to the general entry requirements, you must meet the specific entry requirements as detailed by each programme. For example, many Master’s degree programmes require that your Bachelor’s degree has a particular major, or you may need to have completed certain subject credits within your Bachelor’s degree.

The study consists of compulsory, mandatory and elective modules.
