 LL.M Environmental protection Law

LL.M Environmental protection Law study program is designed for students interested in a career in the field of environment, land use and energetic law.

After completing thorough training in the basic pillars of law in Administrative, Constitutional and International Law, this study program will allow you to develop in many other fields. The program prepares individuals who want to work for either domestic and international organizations or non-governmental organizations. It promotes interdisciplinary training in the field of environmental, energy and resource law and policy.

In addition, this study program can be combined with others to create their own specialization, for example in the field of Business Law, Civil Law, International Law, and others. The purpose of this specialized program is to provide lawyers with the legal and analytical knowledge needed to address pollution, toxic substances, climate change, energy, protection of living species on land and oceans, land use and environmental protection. 

The LL.M Environmental protection Law study program is designed for lawyers, notaries, trainees, lawyers, law students, lawyers and workers working on a daily basis.

  • the possibility of shortening the study,
  • choice of the form of study.
LL.M Environmental protection Law - Mondo International Academy
LL.M is an abbreviation from Latin term Legum Magister, which means “master of law”. It is internationally recognized post-graduate law education.

  • Individual form

Study process:

In each year of the study program, there are 8 core (compulsory) modules. The student has the option to specialize in his study by replacing three of them with 3 modules from another study program.

The study is not based on the semester system.

The Study length: 2 years

The study ends with working out the final thesis, with a positive rating from the supervisor and the opponent.

Entry requirements:  

  • Completion of either a Bachelor´s degree or equivalent to the level of an academic bachelor’s degree.
  • In addition to the general entry requirements, you must meet the specific entry requirements as detailed by each program. For example, many Master’s degree programs require that your Bachelor’s degree has a particular major, or you may need to have completed certain subject credits within your Bachelor’s degree.
