LL.M Intellectual property law

LL.M Intellectual property law Study Programme deals with the rights to the protection of inventions, designs, literary, musical and artistic works, and others. LL.M Intellectual property law provides a specialization that complements existing legal education.

After completing thorough training in the basic pillars of law Administrative, Constitutional and International law, this study program will enable you to develop in many other fields such as Legislation, Product falsification, and Copyright Piracy, Intellectual Property Rights and International Branding Knowledge. In addition, this study program can be combined with others to create their own specialization, for example in the field of Business Law, Civil Law, International Law, and others.

Graduates will acquire the expertise to provide qualified advice on matters of business secrets, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and their enforceability and protection.

The study is designed for lawyers, notaries, trainees, lawyers, law students, lawyers and workers working on a daily basis.

LL.M Intellectual property law - Mondo International Academy
LL.M is an abbreviation from Latin term Legum Magister, which means “master of law”. It is internationally recognized post-graduate law education.

  • Full-time form
  • Online form
  • Consultation form
  • Individual form

Study process:

In each year of the study program, there are 8 core (compulsory) modules. The student has the option to specialize in his study by replacing three of them with 3 modules from another study program.

The study is not based on the semester system.

The Study length: 2 years

The study ends with working out the final thesis, with a positive rating from the supervisor and the opponent.

Entry requirements:  

  • Completion of either a Bachelor´s degree or equivalent to the level of an academic bachelor’s degree.
  • In addition to the general entry requirements, you must meet the specific entry requirements as detailed by each program. For example, many Master’s degree programs require that your Bachelor’s degree has a particular major, or you may need to have completed certain subject credits within your Bachelor’s degree.
