MBA Public Administration 

MBA Public Administration offers students the opportunity to acquire knowledge in political processes and develops the knowledge of students who want to improve their public policymaking and governance in order to engage in policy processes and promote new and innovative policies.

The study is intended for students who want to be involved in public administration, public policy, or want to manage or work in state administration.

Entry requirements:  

Completion of either a Bachelor´s degree or equivalent to the level of an academic bachelor’s degree.

Study form:

All study programs offer flexible learning options that allow you to combine study with work or business. Currently we offer online consultancy and external form of study. During the study, the student is in direct contact with the teacher by e-mail. Online form of study has the character of modern education without regular weekend lectures. The number of face-to-face meetings (consultations) varies and adapts to the needs of each subject. The requirements for online study are the same as for full-time or part-time study. Students who choose to study online will submit written tests electronically.

Module selection and specialization

Each study program contains information about the compulsory modules and options within which you can create your own specialization in a field that fits your own interests and longer-term career goals.

The student has the opportunity to create his / her own specialization in the field that meets his / her own interests and longer-term career goals. She creates her specialisation by replacing 3 modules from another study program eg. of LLM.

  8. Research Methods

Study obligations of the Program Participant

Preparation of 8 semestral works (4 each year) in the form of “Open Book Exam”


Research and preparation of bachelor thesis in the extent of 60 pages.
